Let's Not Go Viral: Practical Tips for Staying Healthy and Coronavirus Free

Staying healthy and coronavirus COVID-19 free

It's not a game. Staying healthy and Coronavirus free is on everyone's mind. We already all know to namaste 🙏🏼 a safe distance away when greeting people, to frequently wash our hands (for a minimum 20 seconds!) and to at least sanitise (with 70% alcohol solution) after touching any public surfaces – hello, door knobs, elevator buttons and push carts etc.

Here are a few other simple and practical things you can do to keep yourself and your family safe and healthy.

Just in case you forget...

  • Bring on the bling but make sure it’s shiny, shimmery and disinfected. Clean your jewellery, especially rings, bracelets and watches, that come in contact with many surfaces.
  • No breakouts and outbreaks! Don’t use any makeup, fragrance, skincare and personal care testers. Don’t share your lipstick and lip balm and avoid applying them with your fingers.
  • Talk about clean beauty. If you’re getting your makeup, hair or nails done, use your own cosmetics, brushes and tools. Consider keeping your nails short to avoid dirt underneath.
