A little sketch I did over the weekend.
A little sketch I did over the weekend.
I've been in London during the lockdown
If you're able to go out once a day, I would recommend spending some time in nature daily. A jog in the park, yoga in the garden, a walk in the forest or cycling along the coast/river. The rhythms and the sound of nature always inspire. Do it responsibly with social distancing, of course (and this also depends on where you are reading this post from, always be sensible and stay safe)

I sketch, jog and do walking meditation. Meditation is great because it's inclusive. We can all practice it anytime, anywhere.
A lot of us are working from home now. For me, simple things like getting dressed in the morning helps start the day. Wearing bright, vibrant colours has helped me start my jogging routine. Choose a ritual that YOU enjoy and one that you would like to sustain after the lockdown.
Being in quarantine has given me a new appreciation for creativity and being grounded.
