Due to the nature of personalised and monogrammed products, returns, changes, or cancellations are not permitted. For non-personalised orders, we offer a 14-day exchange or return period from the day you receive your order. In order for the item to be eligible for exchange or return, it must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached, unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Damaged or altered goods, due to customer handling will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return shipment of the product. All purchases are final for sale items.
