Heidi Chan grew up in the world of eyewear, then trained as a womenswear designer in London. Returning to her roots, she started Heidi London. Heidi designs sunglasses that are handcrafted for sun, fun and fashion lovers. The brand's collections feature feminine silhouettes with a contemporary quirky edge, fun colours, unique use of prints, and innovative use of materials. Orders are shipped in the brand's own packaging using a tracked delivery service with signature required upon receipt.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, VATs and any other fees associated with the order, even if any shipments are refused upon delivery. Kindly check with your local customs office for applicable fees.
We offer a 14-day exchange or return period from the day you receive your order. In order for the item to be eligible for exchange or return, it must be in its original packaging, undamaged, with all tags attached, unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
