HAREM LONDON

Clothing and lifestyle accessories inspired by cross-cultural influences and Turkish heritage

The Brand Bio

Founders:
Duygu and Begum Ozturk
Established:
2015
Headquarters:
London, UK
Country of Manufacture:
Turkey

Founded by sisters Duygu D. Ozturk and Begum N. Ozturk, Harem London reflects their strong appreciation for their Turkish heritage and for the city they now live in, London. The brand is a testimony to their cross-cultural upbringing, and combines the ancient tradition of the Turkish bath with modern artisan designs, taking inspiration from the past, and embellishing it to capture a new generation.

Their first and now signature product, the "Pestamal" or hammam towel, lies at the core of the brand. Made from pure organic cotton from the fields of Anatolia, the sisters have fine tuned this traditional Turkish bath fabric and adapted it beyond the lifestyle arena to create beachwear and ready to wear collections.

Following the success of their signature product and the accompanying bathrobes, the sisters were soon being approached by leading hotels, spas, and private clubs. 2018 sees their first ready to wear collection.
