At the core of Port Zienna are its sustainable values and the belief that it's all about transparency and the values the brand shares with everyone. For Port Zienna, this also means supporting the well-being of their family of employees by providing ahealthy work environment, steady income and flexibility, while using the best quality of sustainable fabrics. Port Zienna produces its own collections and does not outsource any of its manufacturing, enabling the brand to closely monitor all of their practices.
Orders are shipped in the brand's own packaging using a tracked delivery service with signature required upon receipt.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, VATs and any other fees associated with the order, even if any shipments are refused upon delivery. Kindly check with your local customs office for applicable fees.
We offer a 14-day exchange or return period from the day you receive your order. In order for the item to be eligible for exchange or return, it must be in its original packaging with all tags attached, undamaged, unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. Damaged or altered goods, due to customer handling will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the exchange or return shipment of the product. All purchases are final for sale items.
