Created in 2010, Michelle Watson founded Michi from her NYC apartment. Michi's original designs pioneered the fashion-forward athletic wear aesthetic and transformed the activewear landscape. Their versatile, elevated pieces are crafted with certified materials that are Made in Italy. The designs are then produced at ethical Canadian and Sedex factories.
Michi believes in empowering women, knowing that women have unique strengths and superpowers worth celebrating. Orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service with signature required upon receipt.
Michi products ship in the brand's own packaging, along with protective Michi poly and laundry bags.
Standard orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a sale will ship within 5 business days.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, VATs and any other fees associated with the order, even if any shipments are refused upon delivery. Kindly check with your local customs office for applicable fees.
Michi products are not eligible for exchange at this time. Returns are accepted within 14 days from when you receive your order. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached. The product must not have been worn, washed, used or altered in any manner. It must be in the same condition that you received it in. Customers are responsible for the return shipment of the product.
Please note that all corresponding donations made from your purchases are non-refundable. Should you wish to return a product, you will be charged for the corresponding donation that you made from the purchase.
If you would like to return a product, please email shop@relevefashion.com, with your order number, within 14 days from the date you receive your order, so you can be issued a Return Authorisation. Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.

Damaged or altered products, due to customer handling will not be accepted. Any product returned missing original hang tags; in dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorisation cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
