Muzungu Sisters' Sustainable and Ethical Commitments:
Muzungu Sisters commissioned Parisian designer Olympia Le-Tan to produce a series of limited edition postcard clutches inspired by the countries Muzungu Sisters sources from, as well as the founders’ countries of origin. Olympia Le-Tan is renowned for her embroidered book clutches, a technique she learned from her grandmother as a little girl. The Olympia Le-Tan x Muzungu Sisters postcard clutches are handcrafted and hand-embroidered in Italy. Each clutch is detailed with an edition number at the back (numbered 01-16).
Muzungu Sisters will be donating 10% of the sales of each clutch to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).
