In order for the item to be eligible for exchange or return, it must be in its original packaging, undamaged, with all tags attached, unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Damaged or altered goods, due to customer handling will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the exchange or return shipment of the product. All purchases are final for sale items.
